About CXVERSE

In May 2026, Froogal.ai relaunched as CXVERSE and set out to name a category: customer experience infrastructure, one connected layer for how consumer brands run CRM, loyalty, feedback and engagement. Founded by Jeevan Mandadapu and Harshit Harchani, the company started in Hyderabad and now runs from Austin, Texas, with 100+ brands on the platform by its own count. Its blog puts the shift plainly: “Loyalty was never the product. Memory was.”

One film had to retire a name, introduce a new one, and make the ambition behind it felt, not just announced.

Froogal became CXVERSE

Seven years in, Froogal.ai had moved past loyalty points into something bigger: one connected layer for how a consumer brand runs its customer experience. The company rebuilt itself around that ambition, new name, new identity, new product, new website, and took the position it wanted to own: customer experience infrastructure. The announcement rode on a film.

A rebrand only matters if people get why

A rename lands on two audiences at once. Existing customers need to hear same company, bigger ambition, not wonder if something broke. New people are meeting the name cold and could not care less what it used to be. A logo-reveal video answers neither.

So the film had a double job: announce the rebrand, and make the new positioning make sense, both inside two minutes.

How the film unfolds

It runs like a story instead of a press release. It opens inside the customer experience itself, real moments between people and brands. It builds to the idea the company is betting on, one layer of infrastructure behind all of those moments. And only then does it hand over to the new identity. The reveal lands last, so by the time the logo appears, the name change has a reason.

It closes on the line the whole film builds toward: the infrastructure for the Experience Era.

How it came together

The film was one piece of the full relaunch Memetic Design delivered, next to the new identity and website. My part: creative direction, the edit, and the AI filmmaking, generating and directing scenes a launch budget could never have shot, then grading and compositing everything so it feels like one world instead of a reel of AI clips.

What it does now

The film carried the announcement in May 2026, alongside the new site. Since then it has done the quieter, longer job: it is the standing answer to “what is CXVERSE”, the link that gets sent whenever the new name needs explaining.

A rebrand happens once. The explaining happens every week.
